What is this position about?
- Performance management and analysis for CIB & Central Functions, across APAC consisting of:
- Control over the quality and adequacy of management accounting figures
- Budget coordination for expenses, headcounts, staff costs simulation and métiers allocation keys
- Actuals reporting and analysis against Budget and prior periods
- Accompanying Metiers with their evolution and piloting needs
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
- Perform analysis on expenses and headcounts for different scopes and periods
- Support PMs/local Finance on their enquiries
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Perform transversal headcount and cost analysis for actual and budget processes.
- Actively involved in the management reporting process and assist on supervising the offshore team’s production outputs.
- Support country PMs/local Finance on providing commentaries to the Business Review reports
- Ensure analysis is performed based on harmonised Rules and Principles.
- Identify site specific cost monitoring and suggest harmonisation process review
Other contributions
- Develop set of cost KPIs to enable tracking of costs and secure data quality. This is in conjunction with HO cost synthesis teams.
- Document procedure and policy concerning costs booking and allocation rules to be applied for APAC region.
What is required for you to succeed?
Essential Technical Knowledge Skills:
o Very good skills in Excel, proficient in other MS office applications (Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
o Knowledge in Management accounting systems: e.g. Essbase, SAP, Perseus
o Basic accounting concepts including IFRS16, Fees’ recognition, …

o Organizational skills and Leadership
o Good inter personal and communication skills, client oriented attitude
o Good understanding of BNP Paribas organization and strategy

Specific Qualification Required:
o University graduate or equivalent
o Financial background
o About 3+ years of Management Accounting experience or similar, in banking industry preferred
