Position Purpose
The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the distribution of ETS products in Hong Kong and any other future APAC market we may consider opening in the future.
The yearly revenue target for this distribution channel is set on a yearly basis. This includes the definition of the business plan and the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities 
More specifically the duties include:
• The issuance, marketing and sales of the relevant product range. The product range shall be defined, amongst others, in accordance with the clients’ needs, trading constraints and the product range of the concurrence.
• Distribution Network development
• Management of the team & coordination of support from Marketing Team
• Primary market reliability: process and regulatory constraints, internally and regulatory.
• Secondary market reliability: systems, sanity checks, real‐time benchmarking.
• Promotion and advertising of the product range to the targeted population within the ETS mandate.
• Marketing budget management in cooperation with the Marketing team MCS.
• High standard client service
• Close cooperation with trading team and any transversal teams involved in the business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Middle and Back Office, IT etc…
Mandate
• Market and competition analysis, market overview: identify the market flows and the corresponding margin on products.
• Define the mix ”marketing‐products” and the strategy.
• Identify local competition strength and international ETS developments to apply to local market.
• Range management: arbitrage between cost of launch and expected revenues, fee sharing and range definition;
• Define the targeted customer population and address properly.
• Close relationship management with local brokers and retail aggregator’s (Distribution Agreements, local marketing strategy).
• Work closely with the local when applicable ad agency, the global ad agency and global BNPP marketing services.
• Sales/Marketing tools design, creativity and responsibility: brochures, flyers, internet site, tutorial, seminars, etc.
• Maintain of the relevant client database to mass‐market the range of product, increase efficiency to get flows on new products.
• Entertain a wide network on the financial community: brokers or retail flow aggregators, financial press, competitors, exchanges, trading platforms, regulatory bodies.
