Responsibilities: 

  • Five+ years relevant experience in execution services
  • Provide execution trading services for clients on fixed income listed derivatives and related products
  • Generate ideas (daily F&O color / trade recommendations / roll previews) and establish key relationships with external and internal clients in order to generate execution business
  • Liaise with different teams to strengthen cooperation within the firm and work on the Global Selling plan
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and internal conduct rules
  • Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework.
  • Ensure best effort to achieve overall P&L Targets.
  • Promote awareness on product gaps, competitive disadvantages and client requested/driven solution architecture including interaction/dependencies with other BNP Paribas product lines
  • Actively contribute to DEC Sales & Marketing coordination on a global basis
